Residency Services

As your personal assistant (PA),

We can work closely with you to provide Residency Services in the following areas:

For People in EU Countries

As an EU citizen we can assist you with applying for the Permanent EU Registration Card. It is important to note that family members of EU citizens need to apply for the Permanent Residence Card.

The advantage of permanent residence is that you can leave Spain for more than 6 months and less than two years without losing your residency in Spain. Also, you will not have to accredit any reasons to remain in Spain anymore (economic means, insurance, employment, etc).

For People in Non-EU Countries (non-lucrative visa)

Under the Non-Lucrative you can live in Spain by showing sufficient financial means to support yourself and your family.

As non-Eu citizens, we can help you and your family members apply for your Non-lucrative or Passive Income visa to live in Spain if you have your own economic means. However, it doesn’t allow any type of economic activity that will affect the Spanish market.

Non-lucrative visa is not a working permit. Sufficient economic means to apply for a Non-Lucrative visa is 2,260 €/mo or 27,115 €/year. It is initially issued for 1 year and you can renew it for 2-year periods. Along with the main applicant, a spouse or children may be added.

For Student Visa Renewals

The student permit allows you to complete your career, master's or doctorate for one year (with the possibility of renewing the visa). You can stay in Spain for the duration of the course for which you have been accepted, or for one year, renewable annually. The renewal is only allowed if you continue or build on the studies for which you were granted the first visa.

We can assist you with renewing your Visa and being in Spain for 3 years as a Student and once you have finished your studies, we can advise you on how to modify your Student Visa into a residence and work permit as an employee or as a freelancer, if you comply with the requirements.

For Expat Health Insurance

Moving to Spain? Make sure you and your family are covered for every eventuality by getting private health insurance in Spain.

The Spanish healthcare system ranks among the best in the world. Social security payments fund the system, meaning that most residents don’t require private insurance to access health services.

The 2019 Health Care Index ranks Spain seventh out of 89 countries on overall healthcare, behind only Austria and Denmark in Europe. While the Spanish state system is excellent, expats can also choose to take out additional private coverage, which can cut waiting times and make it easier to see an English-speaking doctor. We can help you to choose the best private healthcare for your application and your requirements once you are a resident in Spain.

For Business Insurance

Mistakes can happen and expose your company to significant financial risks like legal costs and compensation, but no need to worry as we can help you protect your business by getting it professionally covered with indemnity insurance.

Professional indemnity insurance is designed to cover your business against disgruntled customers who feel that you have acted negligently or are dissatisfied with your service. Without the right professional indemnity insurance in place the cost and stress of fighting a claim could mean the difference between the company surviving or going out of business.
